* Saline Nasal Drops
* Your own pillow (we have comfortable beds and down and feather pillows but it seems most sleep better with their OWN pillow).
* Hat

* Clothes appropriate for hot weather & occasional cool storms
* Rain coat
* Hiking Shoes/Boots
* Bike and helmet (bike rentals are available in town)
* Sweater/Fleece Jacket for the evenings
